Tom Gilbey

Tom Gilbey is a Strategy Advisor at bp Supply, Trading & Shipping, bringing over a decade of experience in strategy and business architecture. Prior to this, Tom served as a Business Architect at the Financial Conduct Authority from 2019 to 2022, where they played a key role in aligning strategy with operational transformation. Tom's previous roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at innogy Consulting GmbH, and Strategy & Operations Analyst and Consultant at Deloitte, gaining extensive experience across the energy and financial services sectors. They hold a BA(Hons) in Economics and History with first-class honors from the University of Leeds.
