Tom Mostmans

Tom Mostmans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and aviation training sectors. Currently serving as the Digital Operational Excellence Lead at bp since October 2004, Tom has held various roles, including Process and Data Manager and Global Data Process Architect for the Lubricants Business, where responsibilities include governing global data process strategies and standardizing Master Data maintenance. Additionally, Tom has expertise as a Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations Process Architect, focusing on supply chain processes and striving for global standardization in operations. Prior to bp, Tom worked at CAE - aviation training as an Assistant Technical Manager, overseeing technical engineering teams and maintenance scheduling. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Management Skills from EHSAL in Brussels and a degree in Electronics from HTI-Oostende.
