Tracy Lees

Tracy Lees is an experienced Personal Assistant with a strong background in supporting executive leadership across various industries. Currently employed at bp since January 2018, Tracy has held multiple roles, including Personal Assistant to VPs of Customers & Products and Digital & Talent in Finance Procurement, as well as team assistant roles with responsibilities such as wellbeing ambassador and HSSE lead. Prior to bp, Tracy worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from June 2010 to November 2017, providing extensive diary management and travel coordination for the HR Director and Leadership Team. Tracy's career also includes positions at Microsoft (2006-2010) and EY (2003-2006), where responsibilities included organizing events, managing diaries, and assisting with transaction reports.
