Vijith Kumar

Vijith Kumar is an experienced technology leader with over 15 years at bp, currently serving as Head of Architecture for Customer Relationship & Experience in Shared Services. Vijith has driven the digital strategy within the Customers and Products entity, outlining key digital opportunities through 2030, and has led multiple successful initiatives, including the deployment of bp's conversational platform and the establishment of an AI Centre of Excellence. Previous roles include Principal Architect, where Vijith oversaw the IT transformation and architected modern application frameworks, as well as Senior Enterprise Architect, where responsibilities included defining platform strategies. Prior experience includes SAP consulting roles at Infobridge Solutions and Satyam, complemented by a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut.
