Wendy Baker

Wendy Baker is an ERP Transformation Finance Manager at bp, where they have held various roles including Finance Advisor in Innovation & Engineering and Investment Manager Functions since 2024. Prior to this, Wendy gained extensive experience at bp from 2002 to 2018, serving in positions such as Finance Lead in IT&S Finance and Commodity Risk Lead for Regulatory Reporting. Wendy's career began at the National Audit Office as an Auditor, completing a three-year graduate training program and earning their ICAEW qualification. Wendy holds multiple degrees, including a BA Hons in History from the University of Wales: Lampeter and an ACA from ICAEW.
