Xiaonan Dosser

Xiaonan Dosser is a Senior Subsurface Geomechanics Specialist at BP, where they have been contributing since 2023. Previously, they held the role of PPFG/Geomechanics Specialist at BP from 2014 to 2023. Xiaonan also served as a Geophysics Intern at SAIC in 2011, where they focused on developing algorithms for mass and energy transport in fractured media. They have pursued advanced studies in petroleum engineering, achieving a PhD from the University of Oklahoma and holding a Master's degree in civil engineering from Louisiana State University.
