Yonatan Medhin

Yonatan Medhin is currently serving as the Central Fluids Lead at bp, overseeing a team responsible for fluids management across BP's North American Onshore Production Assets. In this role, Yonatan has delivered a new SaaS tool that has significantly enhanced cost transparency, resulting in over $1 million in savings. Prior to bp, Yonatan co-founded and led Grain4Grain, a sustainability technology startup, and held various engineering roles at Hess Corporation, focusing on subsurface reliability, project management, and economic analysis. Yonatan has developed skills in business management, data analytics, financial modeling, and vendor management, and is pursuing an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley.
