Zoe Murphy

Zoe Murphy is currently serving as a Health, Safety, Environmental, & Carbon Advisor at bp since August 2023. Previously, Zoe worked as an intern with the Massachusetts Ecosystem Climate Adaptation Network through the University of Massachusetts Amherst from May 2021 to June 2023, focusing on climate adaptation research and outreach. During a summer internship at Serco in 2022, Zoe designed a survey to assess environmental behavior among transportation employees. As a U360 Business Sustainability Intern at Manomet from September 2020 to June 2021, Zoe conducted interviews with small business owners regarding their environmental practices. Earlier experience includes a laboratory internship at Upper Blackstone Clean Water where Zoe performed solids testing and data analysis for wastewater treatment compliance, as well as roles in customer service and education. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2019-2023).
