Alistair Warner

Alistair Warner has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Alistair started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Exlog, where they were responsible for Mud Logging operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 1986, they joined Domain Dynamics Limited as a Software Project Engineer, where they worked on various projects involving C++ coding and signal technology.

From 1997 to 2001, Alistair worked at Staffware as a Project Manager, leading international multi-team projects and achieving Software Engineering Institute CMM L2 accreditation. Alistair then joined CODA SciSys as a Consultant, overseeing the development of a web-based Permit Administration System for the Environment Agency.

In 2003, Alistair joined Sophos as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a role in developing management tools for anti-virus and anti-spam software. Alistair then worked as a Senior BPM Consultant at Inex Business Process Limited, implementing BPM systems at organizations.

From 2007 to 2012, Alistair worked at Axispoint and Axispoint Solutions Ltd in roles such as BPM Architect and Head of Application Services, focusing on BPM and CRM implementation techniques.

In 2012, they joined Modexe Limited as a Principal Architect, working on accelerator toolkits and AWS-based infrastructure.

Alistair's most recent position, starting in 2014, is with BP3 Global as the VP Services Europe. Alistair is responsible for managing service delivery across Europe and subsidiary companies, with a particular focus on software architecture, DevOps, and continuous integration.

Throughout their career, Alistair has demonstrated expertise in business process management, software development, and project management, working with various companies and technologies.

Alistair Warner obtained a BSc degree in Physics from the University of Portsmouth, graduating in 1985. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the following: IBM Process Mining Subject Matter Expert from IBM in May 2023, Business Process and Decision Modeling from Hasso Plattner Institute in June 2016, and Process Mining: Data Science in Action from Coursera Verified Certificates in May 2015.
