Ronald Stair serves as the Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader at BPAS since February 2024. In addition to this role, Ronald is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, both active since 2021 and 2024 respectively. Previous professional experience includes positions as a Life Actuary at Mutual of New York Life Insurance and Lutheran Mutual Life Insurance Company, and as a Principal at Creative Plan Designs, Ltd. until February 2024. Ronald also served as a Retirement Plan Consultant and Actuary at Qualified Pension Consultants of New England and held the role of Director of Retirement Services at Home Life Insurance Company. Furthermore, Ronald is an Official Member of the Forbes Finance Council and a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. In addition to the actuarial profession, Ronald contributed musically as a Timpanist for the Queens Philharmonic Orchestra from 1978 to 1981.
