BPD Community supports people living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and their families and friends. We are an organisation for people impacted by BPD by people impacted by BPD.

We empower and support people with BPD to gain an understanding of the treatments and services available to them and empower and support family members and friends to advocate for and support their loved ones. The focus of our direct work is 'relational support', the missing link in the recovery journey. We also support workers in the community in their work with BPD.

BPD Community is a grassroots, peer led, independent organisation for all people with Borderline Personality Disorder, their families and friends and those who work with them. It is Victoria based and currently entirely volunteer run.

Since 2015 we have helped thousands of people in the Victorian BPD Community to take control of their recovery and rebuild their lives.

BPD Community has a vision for a Victoria free from the stigma and discrimination faced by people with borderline personality disorder.

OUR PURPOSE

- create community to support recovery through 1:1 and peer group supports 
- provide up to date, research based, practical, accessible information 
- develop training programs to support the BPD Community
