Jon Spillane

Jon Spillane is currently the Legal Counsel at the Boston Planning & Development Agency, where they provide legal research and counsel on land use issues and oversee procurement processes. They previously held various roles, including Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where they achieved significant sales records, and Legislative Outreach Coordinator for Housing Forward-MA, facilitating relationships with policymakers. Jon also served in positions related to budget and constituent services for the City of Boston and has experience as an Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust, underwriting commercial real estate loans. They earned a degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and later obtained a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
