Rafael Melo

Rafael Melo is a seasoned civil engineer with a diverse background in project management and quality control. Currently serving as Chargé de projet and Contrôleur qualité at BPDL Inc. since January 2021, Rafael previously held the position of Ingénieur civil principal at Melo Medeiros Engenharia, where responsibilities included managing residential and commercial projects, developing financial structures and budgets, and overseeing project execution schedules. Prior experience includes a role as Technicien en génie civil at Construtora Tenda, providing project support and supervising construction work, as well as an internship at Times Engenharia LTDA, where Rafael gained experience in overseeing various infrastructure projects. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco and an ASP certificate in health and safety in construction engineering from Vanier College.
