Helene Mitchell has a background in administration and operations. At Year Up, Helene worked their way up from Receptionist to Operations Coordinator, where Helene focused on volunteer programs and operational needs. Helene also provided staff support, managed expenses, and maintained company databases. Prior to Year Up, Helene worked as a Traveler Support Specialist at Grand Circle Corporation, where Helene strengthened relationships with travelers through call answering and email correspondence. Currently, at Boston Plan for Excellence, Helene holds the role of Advancement Manager.
