Charles Lam

Mr. Lam joined BPEA in 2011. Mr. Lam was previously the Managing Director, Greater China for Pramerica Real Estate Investors, a subsidiary of Prudential U.S. and one of the largest real estate investors in the world. Before that, Mr. Lam was Head of Real Estate Investment for China Ping An Trust and Investment Co., Limited, the investment arm of the Ping An Insurance. Prior to his employment with Ping An, Mr. Lam was an Associate Director of AIG Global Real Estate Investment (Asia).

Mr. Lam received a Doctor of Business Administration degree (DBA) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Cleveland State University, Ohio. He is a CFA charter holder and a fellow member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
