Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson is a seasoned professional in training and development within the heating industry, currently serving as the Training and Design Services Director at Groupe Atlantic since January 2025. Johnson has a diverse background in leadership roles, including positions on the Governing Boards of BPEC and Brighter Futures Learning Partnership Trust. Previously, Johnson held various training and managerial roles at Groupe Atlantic UK, ROI & North America, most notably as Training Director, where expertise in building a successful training function was recognized with multiple awards. With a solid foundation in technical training from earlier positions at Centrica and British Gas, Johnson holds degrees in Business & Enterprise from Edinburgh Napier University and Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
