Tim Baker is a passionate communications specialist with over 20 years of experience across client-side, agency-side, and as a founder. They began their career with markettiers as a Media Planner before advancing to roles at Nestlé as a Media Manager and Initiative where they served as a European Media Planner and later as General Manager. Tim co-founded Hug Digital, a leading digital media and marketing agency in the MENA region, which was eventually sold to WPP. After joining AKQA as a Managing Partner, they now serve as President of BPG Arabia, driving growth and supporting Saudi Arabia's ambitions through digital-first offerings. Additionally, Tim leads Media & Marketing at Mothership Tech, focusing on enhancing customer experience through effective technology solutions. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from UCL.
