Stephen Spaeder

Stephen Spaeder is an accomplished executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as President and CEO of Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. since 2000 and as President of BPG Development Company, L.P. Additionally, Stephen holds extensive experience from a prior role as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Berwind Property Group, Inc. Over the course of their career, Stephen has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 10 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, and multi-family real estate projects. Educationally, Stephen holds an MBA in Finance and a BS/BA/MBA in Finance from Villanova University, completed between 1985 and 1992.
