Ritesh Srivastava is an in-house attorney currently serving as the General Counsel at BPGbio Inc. and previously held the role of Associate General Counsel and Global Compliance Officer at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. With a diverse background that includes experience in the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General Corps and the U.S. Department of Justice, Ritesh has successfully advised executive leaders on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
