Ingrid's expertise extends to their role as an Executive Coach at BRAVANTI, a global management and HR consulting firm, where Ingrid partners with leaders to facilitate talent alignment and engagement. Additionally, Ingrid serves as an Executive Coach at We Coach Executives, LLC, focusing on identifying blind spots and fostering lasting behavioral change in leaders. Previously, Ingrid was the President and Owner of Green Door Communications.com, delivering innovative leadership programs and authoring two books aimed at enhancing employee engagement. Ingrid also held the position of CEO at The Access Group International from 2001 to 2005. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and English from Loyola University Chicago.
