Rita Johnson

Rita Johnson, ACC/CPC, is an Executive Leadership and Development Coach currently affiliated with BRAVANTI, where they focus on empowering leaders and organizations to navigate an uncertain business landscape. They have also been running their own consulting business since 2016. Prior to their current roles, Rita served as the Senior Director of the Leadership Institute at McDonald's Corporation from 1984 to 2009, where they developed leadership programs for high-potential candidates. They further advanced women's leadership through their tenure as Senior Vice President at the Global Women's Leadership Forum from 2010 to 2015. Rita completed their coaching education at the International Coach Academy from 2016 to 2017.
