Kiaron Whitehead

Kiaron Whitehead has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Kiaron started their career as a Pupil Barrister at 4 Essex Court and later joined Statham Gill Davies in the same role. Kiaron then became a Barrister & Associate at Forbes Anderson Free, where they contributed to the establishment of a TMT litigation firm. Kiaron was rated as an Associate to watch in the Chambers Directory. Kiaron later joined BPI as the General Counsel, Director & Company Secretary, where they led and managed high-profile litigation cases focused on intellectual property, internet technology, and regulation. Kiaron provided strategic advice to record companies and the BPI board. In 2014, Kiaron became the Company Secretary at The Official UK Charts Company, where they provided in-house legal services and strategic advice on intellectual property protection. Kiaron currently serves as a Volunteer Barrister at Advocate - The Bar Pro Bono Charity, handling employment tribunal and county court cases.

Kiaron Whitehead's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at the University of Cambridge. Kiaron pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Law and completed their studies in 1998. After this, they attended the Inns of Court School of Law in London from 1998 to 1999, where they completed the Bar Vocational Course. Kiaron Whitehead then furthered their legal education at Middle Temple, where they were called to the Bar in 1999.
