Leon N. has a wealth of experience in the music and media industry. Leon currently serves as the Director of Insights at BPI, the British Phonographic Industry. Prior to this, Leon founded The All Ears Group in 2017, a creative agency that specializes in audio content production and strategy. Leon also co-founded Other Brands Are Available in 2020, a lifestyle hub catering to digital nomads and remote workers. Leon has a strong background in market research and analysis, having held various roles at Universal Music Group, Flextech Television, Disney ABC Television Group, Taylor Nelson Sofres, and Marketing Resources International (MRI) UK. Leon gained extensive experience in insight and research management during their time at Universal Music Group, where they held positions such as Senior Director of Global Insight and Director of Insight. Leon has also lectured at the Notting Hill Academy of Music and worked as an Associate at Hoxby.

Leon N. attended Kingston University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Economics and Geography.
