Sharon Brooks

Sharon Brooks is an experienced professional with a strong background in creative media, social enterprise, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Eastside People and The Ubele Initiative, and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Mosaic Clubhouse, Sharon has a rich history in the music industry, evidenced by work with the BPI's Equity & Justice Advisory Group and a long tenure as Non-Executive Director at BMP. Previous roles include Chairperson at Black Thrive, where significant funding was distributed to improve employment outcomes for Black individuals with disabilities, and Project Manager at MAWA Film & Media Ltd, focusing on marketing and licensing campaigns. Sharon’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Sciences from UCL and a Post Graduate Diploma in Publishing Studies from the University of the Arts London.
