Simon Bailly

Simon Bailly has extensive experience in the field of finance and innovation, currently serving at Bpifrance since June 2016 in various roles, including Chargé d’affaires innovation and Chargé de coordination Plan Climat. Prior to this, Simon worked at SECAFI as a financial analyst from April 2012 to July 2016 and held a position as a part-time lecturer in financial analysis at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 from January 2015 to January 2016. Earlier in the career, Simon served as a creation advisor at the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat du Rhône from 2009 to 2010. Educational background includes studies at iaelyon School of Management and Université Lumière Lyon 2.
