Aleksandra Nowicka

Aleksandra Nowicka is the Head of the HR & Payroll Department at BPiON, where they have been leading since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as a Manager Payroll at TMF Group and held various positions in HR and payroll at UCMS Group Poland and MDDP Outsourcing, among others. Aleksandra completed a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on social and municipal affairs at Akademia Swiętokrzyska im. Jana Kochanowskiego in 2011. They also gained administrative experience at Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie and worked in payroll at VIVE Textile & Recycling.
