Johanna Ruff

Johanna Ruff is currently the Teamleider Vestigingen at BplusC, a position they assumed in 2025. They previously worked as a Teamcoördinator Klantenservice and held various roles at Bibliotheek Zuid-Kennemerland from 2008 to 2022, where they served as a Front Office Employee and a Mediacoach. Johanna also gained experience as a Clerk at Stichting Pelita in 2007 and completed a research internship at NOA from 2013 to 2014. Johanna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and two Master’s degrees in Research Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam.
