James Su

James Su is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in tax, accounting, and valuation issues related to real estate acquisition and development. Currently serving as Managing Director at BPM LLP since August 2018, James specializes in cost segregation, energy credits, and construction advisory. Prior to this role, James was a Founding Partner at Lumitas Group / Lumitas Capital, focusing on real estate investment and development. James also held positions as Principal and Managing Director at Accel Real Estate Advisory, Senior Director at BDO, and Senior Manager at Deloitte, among others. With a Master's Degree in Taxation from California State University, Northridge and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the real estate sector.
