Joanne Ly

Joanne Ly is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the International Tax Director at BPM LLP since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne worked at EY as a Global Mobility Tax Manager in the People Advisory Services from January 2018 to November 2022. Joanne also held the position of US Tax Partner at East Asia Sentinel from January 2008 to December 2014, where expertise was provided on cross-border taxation and consulting for individual and corporate clients. Earlier in Joanne's career, a role as Senior Tax Accountant at Moss Adams from September 2004 to August 2007 involved the preparation and review of US federal and multi-state income tax returns for various entities. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Information Systems and Finance from Washington State University.
