Kyle Shaddox

Kyle Shaddox is an experienced project and program management professional with a strong background in technology solutions and logistics. Currently serving as Practice Director, Program Manager, and Senior Project Manager at Caravel | BPM Technology Solutions since August 2022, Kyle previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Deck Commerce for a brief period in 2022. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Black Rifle Coffee Company, such as Technical Project Manager in IT and Supply Chain Program Manager, from May 2020 to May 2022. Kyle also worked as Project Manager for Federal Delivery at Thompson Lehman Security & Protection from January 2017 to February 2020, and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Logistics for the United States Department of Defense from 2012 to 2016. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from McCoy College of Business at Texas State University, earned between 2017 and 2020, and has educational roots in New Zealand at Paraparaumu College.
