Larry Algaze

Larry Algaze, MBA, is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and compliance, particularly within the pharmaceuticals and biotech industries. Currently serving as Director of Advisory for the CFO Services Practice at BPM LLP since May 2025, Larry previously held senior finance roles at Allergan, including Senior Finance Manager and Director of R&D Finance, overseeing substantial budgets and leading key contract negotiations. Larry's leadership extended to roles at Instil Bio and Kite Pharma, where responsibilities included directing finance functions and supporting private equity financing stages. Larry’s career also includes positions at Actym Therapeutics, Biogen Idec, and notable contributions to financial modeling and compliance initiatives throughout. Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
