Michael Klosiewicz, PRC, CDR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held various positions in renowned organizations since 2013. Notable roles include Senior Recruiter at Aston Carter, where achievements positioned Michael among the top 30% of recruiters internationally, and as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at BPM LLP and Withum, overseeing the recruitment of experienced audit talent. Michael has also had significant roles at Randstad and Sikich, successfully managing full-cycle recruiting processes and achieving high-performance metrics. Michael's career began as an Incorporation Consultant and included a formative experience in the Disney College Program. Michael holds a degree from Thiel College, earned between 2009 and 2013.
