Rono Ghosh is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in International Tax and Corporate Finance, currently serving as Partner and Managing Director at BPM LLP since January 2019. Rono has a robust track record of managing complex cross-border transactions and global tax planning, particularly within the Internet and Digital Media sectors, as well as software, hardware, and alternative energy industries. Previous roles include Managing Director positions at PwC and Grant Thornton LLP, where Rono oversaw international transaction analyses and global tax planning projects. Rono's career also includes strategic and leadership roles at JMP Securities, Lehman Brothers, Piper Jaffray & Co., and KPMG, complemented by an educational background featuring an AB in Government from Harvard University and a JD/MBA from Boston University.
