Zac Blechman

Zac Blechman is a seasoned real estate appraisal professional with extensive experience in valuing income-producing commercial properties. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Real Estate Appraisal Valuations at BPM LLP since June 2025, Zac previously held the position of Associate Director at Integra Realty Resources from January 2017 to June 2025, where expertise in valuing various property types, particularly hotels and commercial assets, was developed. Prior roles include Senior Analyst and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Integra Realty Resources and Murphy Appraisal Services LLC, respectively. Zac's comprehensive appraisal experience includes conducting market research, complex lease analysis, and producing reports for various stakeholders.
