Barbara Samartzis

Barbara Samartzis is an experienced manager with over a decade of expertise at bpost, where they currently serve as Cluster Manager, focusing on performance, well-being, and customer satisfaction. They also own and operate Mon Coton, a concept store that combines strategy, e-commerce, and community building. In previous roles at bpost, they have excelled in team leadership, coaching, and the development of operational quality and social relationships.
