Charles van der Rest

Charles van der Rest is a strategy professional with over seven years of experience shaping growth. Currently serving as the Group Strategy & Transformation Manager at bpostgroup since 2025, Charles has previously held positions as a Strategy Manager and Senior Consultant at Corporate Value Associates and Capgemini Invent, respectively. Prior to these roles, Charles worked as a Technology Consultant at delaware BeLux and co-founded Dress Your Phone, where they were the Head of Finance & IT. Charles holds a Master of Science in Management (Organizational Change & Consultancy) from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Université de Namur.
