The office was established in 1973 and was called Biuro Projektów i Realizacji Rafineria Nafty „Bipronaft”-Kraków, Gdańsk Branch. In 1989, it was renamed Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Usługowe „BiproRaf” Sp. z o. o. In January 2007, KTI Poland S.A. with Italian capital took over the shares of LURGI S.A. and Grupa LOTOS S.A., and from August 2011, Automatic Systems Engineering Sp. z o.o. became the owner of 100% of the shares.

Since then, BPR ASE GROUP has evolved from a design company to a General Contractor, a company implementing projects mainly in the formula of EP (engineering, procurement) and EPC (engineering, procurement, construction), having an expert project team, global relations with technology suppliers in the Oil & Gas industry and developed experience with construction subcontractors in Poland (reinforced concrete, steel, structures, buildings, piping, etc.).

Our commitment and references in green transformation - mainly through hydrogen projects - are visible all over Poland and Europe.
