Saryanto began their career in housekeeping in 2004 and has progressed through various roles, from cleaner to their current position as Chief of Operations at BPS since 2023. They worked as a Field Manager and Operations Manager at PT. CAREFASTINDO from 2012 to 2018, and held the position of Chief Supervisor at Massaihara from 2010 to 2012. Saryanto has also gained experience as a Team Leader at Solusindo Mitra Sejahtera and worked as a cleaner at Viriya Surya Jhana from 2004 to 2006. They have pursued education in Biological and Physical Sciences and are currently studying Computer Engineering at Politeknik Gunakarya Indonesia, alongside ongoing studies at SMPN 1 Jengggawah Jember and SDN Legok Kaliwedi.
