With extensive experience in mentoring and leading pre-sales staff, Gerald specializes in delivering technical software demonstrations and developing custom integrations using technologies like SQL, Powershell, and REST APIs. Prior experience includes founding One Way Out, an escape room business, and serving as the Director of Information Technology at Hurt & Proffitt, Inc., where Gerald oversaw technology management for a civil engineering firm. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Ranken Technical College.
