B&R is a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, MEP construction management, commissioning and energy services. Established in 1992 and conveniently located near BWI Airport, B&R has completed award-winning projects of all sizes regionally and nationwide. We have 37+ professional and technical personnel on staff, including 5 professional engineers. Our staff is knowledgeable and highly proficient in a multitude of project sectors including commercial, retail, mixed-use, office, government, casinos, sports and entertainment facilities. 

In addition to conventional consulting engineering services, we also provide numerous additional services including Design/Build, Dry Utility Design, Sustainable Design, Peer Review and Building Assessment. In each of these arenas, clients will have direct access to personnel with the knowledge and foresight to answer questions, identify potential challenges and bring the data gained through our project experience to execute proven solutions.
