Anna Redmond is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a strong background in technology and private security. As the Founder of Braav since August 2022, Anna focuses on enhancing transparency and trust in private security through technology. Additionally, Anna co-founded HIPPO Reads in October 2012, creating a platform for academics and intellectuals to share insights. Between 2008 and 2012, Anna served as a tech-focused angel investor, achieving two exits and participating in three follow-on financings, while also contributing as Mentorship Chair and member of the Deal Committee for Harvard Business School Angels. Previously, Anna held positions such as Associate Portfolio Manager at Boston Avenue Capital and COO at CompuMed Inc, where significant operational improvements and revenue growth were achieved. Anna began a career as an Analyst at Rustic Canyon Partners and holds a degree in Economics & IT Policy and History of Science from Harvard University.
