Simon Whitehead

Simon Whitehead is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Partner and Head of Recruitment & Workforce Solutions at Brabners since July 2019. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Managing Partner at HRC Law LLP from April 2013 to July 2019, where the focus was on delivering high-quality client service and practical legal solutions, particularly in employment law. Simon's earlier career includes roles as Partner in the Employment Departments at EOS Law LLP and Brabners from May 2011 to April 2013 and July 2003 to May 2011, respectively. Simon holds an LLB Hons degree in Law from the University of Greenwich, a Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester.
