Tom Smith

Tom Smith is a seasoned litigation partner at Brabners, specializing in commercial and corporate disputes, contentious insolvency, and debt-related litigation since May 2019. With extensive experience in dispute resolution, Tom has held various roles including Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Forbes Solicitors, and Solicitor in commercial litigation at Napthens Solicitors LLP and Garricks Solicitors. Tom's legal training began at Haworth & Nuttall, where a strong foundation in civil and commercial litigation was established. Academically, Tom holds a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course and a commendation in the Graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, along with a 2:1 degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds.
