Hiro Mia has a diverse and extensive work experience in software quality assurance. Hiro currently works at BRAC IT as a Technical Lead, Software Quality. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead SQA Engineer (Automation) at the same company. From 2016 to 2019, Hiro worked at IdeaScale, starting as a Sr. Software Engineer (QA) and later becoming a Software QA Team Leader. Hiro was responsible for leading manual and automation QA teams, writing automated test cases, investigating customer complaints, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Before that, Hiro worked at Digital Firefly Marketing as a Software QA Team Leader, where they used automation tools such as Selenium Webdriver and JMeter for testing. In 2014, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Progoti Systems Ltd, where they led the QA team and prepared test plans and reports. Hiro's work experience began in 2009 at Structured Data Systems Limited, where they served as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, leading the FreebeePay project QA team and performing analysis, preparing test cases, and documenting APIs and database changes.

Hiro Mia obtained a B.Sc Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Become an Ethical Hacker," "Master the OWASP Top 10," and "Become a CompTIA Certified Penetration Tester (PenTest+)." Hiro also holds certifications in various skills such as creativity, conflict management, teamwork, adaptability, communication, and leadership, among others. Hiro has completed online courses from platforms such as LinkedIn and Coursera, covering topics including Docker, time management, feedback, and open-source collaboration.
