Mintu Gomes is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software development, project management, and data analysis. Mintu began a career as a Software Programmer at The ACME Laboratories Ltd. from January 1999 to December 2001, followed by a role as an Analyst Programmer at Southtech Group from August 2002 to October 2007, where responsibilities included project management of Human Resource Management Systems and database programming. Mintu served as a Data Specialist at BRAC from November 2007 to August 2021, before advancing to Senior Architect at Vivasoft Limited from September 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Mintu is the Head of IT at Shakti Foundation for Disadvantaged Women and the Sr. Manager of Delivery, Governance & Growth at BRAC IT since February 2023.
