Alima Khatun

Alima Khatun is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent sourcing and grievance management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager of HR at BRAC since January 2015, Alima is responsible for sourcing potential candidates and advertising vacant positions through various media channels. Previously, as Senior Officer of Grievance Management within the Human Resource Division at BRAC from 2012 to 2014, Alima managed and analyzed complaints, including those related to sexual harassment, and prepared comprehensive reports on grievances. Alima holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from an online Alison's course, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Uttara University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and MA in English Literature from Jagannath University.
