Ashia Akter

Ashia Akter is a seasoned Learning & Development Professional with 6 years of experience and a focus on leadership and soft skill training. They served as a Learning Facilitator for over 3 years under BRAC Learning Division and are currently employed as a Senior Officer in Learning Development at BRAC Learning and Leadership Development Unit. Ashia has trained more than 5,000 individuals, developed numerous training courses, and created a trainers pool through Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions. With an MBA and a robust background in English literature, Ashia is also recognized for their excellent communication and presentation skills, alongside a passion for promoting human capacity and teamwork.
