Ashikul Bari

Ashikul Bari possesses extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent sourcing, recruitment, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Lead, Human Resource Business Partner at BRAC since June 2017, Ashikul has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Lead, Talent Sourcing and Recruitment, and Manager, Recruitment. Prior experiences include serving as the Group Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition Lead at Unique Group, and as Assistant Manager of Career Services at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. Additionally, Ashikul held the position of Officer in the Office of Placement & Alumni at American International University-Bangladesh and gained early experience as a Project Assistant in HR at British American Tobacco. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA in Finance and Accounting, both obtained from American International University-Bangladesh, along with a certification in Human Resource Management Competencies from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
