Debashish Saha

Debashish Saha is a strategic HR leader with 20 years of experience in building high-performing teams and HR systems. Currently serving as the Associate Director of HR at BRAC, Debashish oversees a workforce of 70,000 employees. Previously, Debashish led the HR setup for Apollo Hospitals Dhaka and held multiple HR leadership roles at Plan International Bangladesh, including Director of Field Operations. Passionate about developing leaders, Debashish aims to make organizations employers of choice and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Abertay University in the UK.
