Faisal Ahammed

Faisal Ahammed currently serves as Senior Manager at BRAC since December 2012, leading staff development initiatives within the Learning and Leadership Development Unit and coordinating team efforts. Previously, Faisal held the position of Deputy Manager in the BRAC Learning Division, focusing on training needs assessments and the implementation of training strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Faculty Member and Head of the Microfinance, Finance and Accounts Faculty at BRAC International, where responsibilities involved coordinating faculty activities and conducting training assessments. Faisal began the career as a Finance Trainer at BRAC, facilitating training needs assessments and course development. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management, an MBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same university, along with earlier studies in Business Studies.
